  • Users can download the ticket or take a screenshot for entry to the event.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify match details, date, time, seat selection, and other relevant information before finalizing the purchase.
  • Shagfticket is not responsible for any errors made by the user while selecting or purchasing a ticket.

3. No Refund Policy

Since tickets are delivered immediately upon successful payment, Shagfticket enforces a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Instant Delivery: As soon as a transaction is completed, the ticket is automatically issued to the user, making refunds and cancellations impossible.
  • Usage Verification Issues: Digital tickets can be downloaded or screenshotted, making it difficult to verify whether a refunded ticket remains unused.

  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or accidentally deleted tickets will not be reissued.

5. Event Changes, Cancellations & Postponements

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer, Shagfticket will follow the official policies set by the event organizer.
  • Shagfticket is not responsible for any venue changes, date rescheduling, or other modifications made by event organizers.
  • In case of event cancellation, any compensation, if applicable, will be at the discretion of the event organizer.
  • Customers should stay informed about event changes through official event channels.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • To protect users and ensure fairness, Shagfticket reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or multiple purchases violating our terms.
  • Users must not attempt to resell, duplicate, or manipulate tickets for fraudulent purposes.
